30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy

At Burleigh Wagon, we take pride in offering high-quality, custom-designed products made in Australia. We aim to make our 30-day return policy simple and straightforward for our valued customers.

Eligibility for Returns:

• You may return any item purchased directly from Burleigh Wagon Pty Ltd (excluding personalized number plates and discounted products due to imperfections) within 30 days of receiving the product for a refund.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition, including all parts and components. The wagon should be disassembled and placed back in the original box.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that initial freight costs are non-refundable.

• We do not accept in-person returns at our warehouse location.
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to protect against loss or damage during transit.

Return Conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. If 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Important Notes:

• Personalized number plates and discounted “seconds” products are non-refundable and final sale.
• Change of mind before order fulfillment (wagon not shipped) is refundable minus a 6% processing fee. Number plates are non-refundable.
• Minor Cosmetic Imperfections: Due to our manufacturing processes, minor imperfections such as dents, small scuffs, or marks may occur. These do not affect the wagon’s strength, durability, or functionality and are not considered valid reasons for returns or exchanges.

Reporting Damage:

• We recommend inspecting your Burleigh Wagon products promptly upon receipt. Any damage incurred during transit must be reported within 7 days and noted on delivery paperwork. Please do not assemble the product before contacting us.

Retailer Purchases:

• For purchases made through authorized retailers, returns must be processed through the retailer and are subject to their return policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:

• If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, please contact us at info@burleighwagon.com.au.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please email us at info@burleighwagon.com.au for the return address.

Shipping for Returns:

• To return your product, please email us for the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
