How the Wagon is Made
Our wagons are crafted using advanced rotational and blow molding techniques. This process may result in minor cosmetic imperfections such as small scuffs, marks, or slight discolorations. These do not affect the strength, durability, or functionality of the wagon.
Each wagon is individually inspected, ensuring that any imperfections falling outside our quality standards are identified, and defective wagons are not sent to customers. As every wagon is hand-finished, no two will be cosmetically identical.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges based on minor cosmetic flaws, as they do not affect the wagon's functionality.
Care and Maintenance
The Burleigh Wagon is designed for easy care:
- After use, rinse off saltwater, sand, and dirt with fresh water or wipe down with a damp cloth.
- Remove speaker and umbrella accessories before washing.
- Use a soft brush to remove sand and dirt gently.
- Dry wheels and axle rods completely to maintain smooth operation.
- Store the wagon out of direct sunlight and rain when not in use.
For tough marks, we recommend using eucalyptus oil and a sturdy scrub brush. For added protection and shine, clean and polish with Armor All, which safeguards the plastic and enhances its appearance.
